A specific room cannot be guaranteed on reservations of less than 2 nights.
All rooms have complimentary WiFi access for your pc.
Rates include a delicious homemade breakfast including juices and hot beverages, fresh fruit salad {local fruit when available} and yogurt, hot egg dish of the day made with local fresh farm eggs, homemade breads, scones or coffeecake, blueberry muffins or blueberry cake {all made with unbleached flours}. Start your day off right! Complimentary hot beverages available throughout the afternoon and early evening.
Gluten, dairy, wheat-free, and dietetic breakfasts available. Please inform us of your needs when making reservations.
Rooms and decks are completely non-smoking. Smoking in or near the buildings is not allowed.
We look forward to meeting you and hope you will enjoy your stay with us, but we will charge your credit card a $200 fee if you have not honored our no smoking and/or no pet policy.
Sorry, we cannot accommodate pets.

Deposit and Cancellation Policy:

Reservations require full deposit payable by check or money order. Credit card may be used if there is not enough time to mail a check. Deposit will be refunded if your reservation is cancelled at least 14 days prior to your arrival date. Cancellations within 14 days of your arrival date, will receive a refund if we are able to re-rent the room(s). If we are not able to re-rent the room(s), you will be given a credit towards a future stay. All cancellations will be charged a $10.00 processing fee.
